The Administrative Department for Social Prosperity, through Decree 2094 of 2016 was established as the governing body of the Sector for Social Inclusion and Reconciliation.
In accordance with the above, from the Internal Working Group of Social Prosperity Donations, we manage goods in kind as a donation with the objective of supporting, strengthening and complementing:
1. The social and productive inclusion of the population of the Sector of Social Inclusion and Reconciliation.
2. Emergency humanitarian assistance for the population of the Inclusion Sector
Social and Reconciliation,
3. The attention of the population within the framework of the National Disaster Risk Management System.
4. Initiatives and social interventions led by the Presidential Office for Children and Adolescents of the Presidency of the Republic.
5. The days of attention directed to the population in conditions of poverty, extreme poverty, vulnerability and victims of violence led by the National Navy of Colombia, the National Army and the Colombian Air Force.
6. The operative capacity of legal persons under public law that serve the population of the Sector of Social Inclusion and Reconciliation
It is for this reason that, knowing the important social and humanitarian work carried out by the Wheelchair Foundation in favor of the most vulnerable people, we request you the registration of Social Prosperity as beneficiary of the donation projects of wheelchairs managed by you with destiny to the population with physical disability identified at a national level and characterized and focused by Social Prosperity.
